Founded in 1990, KAN Group, through its KAN-therm brand, has become recognized as one of Europe’s leading water distribution and heating installation suppliers. Over several decades, the company had developed a complex and costly networking and security infrastructure, characterized by a poor user experience, particularly when it came to connecting to the VPN from remote locations.
Aiming to converge its IT and OT environments to increase efficiency, KAN Group took the opportunity to address its wider networking and security challenges. Following a market evaluation, the company deployed Fortinet Secure SD-WAN for a unified network and security infrastructure capable of providing broad visibility and control, especially for branches and remote users.
